- 150 grams Zucchini
- 1 clove Garlic
- 150 grams Fresh cheese
- 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Lemon zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Rinse, dry and finely grate the zucchini. Mince the garlic.
