Sheesh Kabobs with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled, deseeded and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dill
  • 1 handful of fresh chopped coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 16 oz package ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Olive oil
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of fresh yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the spices and minced meal and arrange it into skewers
  2. Drizzle olive oil onto a pan with aluminum foil
  3. Place the skewers over it
  4. Set the oven for 400 degrees and cook for 30 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Add the chopped cucumbers, peppers, sour cream, dill, and yogurt
  2. Mix it up will and add some salt and pepper
  3. Drizzle some olive oil over it!
  4. Above all! enjoy!
