Salmon & Avocado Salad Recipe with Miso Lime Dressing


The Salmon:

  • 4 6 ounce each salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

The Dressing:

  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons white miso
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

The Salad:

  • 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 1 California avocado diced
  • 3/4 cup sliced cucumber cut in half
  • 1/2 red bell pepper thinly sliced
