Patriotic Strawberries

Ingredients:

• 2 teaspoons shortening
• 24 strawberries, washed and dried
• 2 tablespoons blue colored sugar
• 1 (12 ounce) bag white chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Melt white chocolate according to package directions. You may need to add about 1 teaspoon of shortening to every 1 cup of white chocolate.
2. When fully melted, dip berries into chocolate, about 1/2 way up.
3. Then dip into blue sprinkles.
4. Let dry.
