
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper – several grinds)
- 1/4 red onion, peeled and grated (or very finely minced)
Instructions:
- Combine all of the ingredients, taste for seasoning and allow to sit for at least an hour for the flavors to blend. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, more crumbled feta and serve with meats, breads, vegetables, plain crackers or chips. Enjoy!
