- Black pepper
- 1 clv garlic, finely chopped
- 1 lime
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 pound raw tiger prawns, peeled & deveined
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- Mix the garlic and onion with the vegetable oil.
- Add the prawns and toss.
- Marinate in the refrigerator (at least 3 hrs).
- Grill the prawns on a barbecue or griddle for about 5 minutes, turning once.
- Mix together the salt, pepper and the juice from the lime to make a dip for the prawns.
