
Ingredients:
- 2 bird's eye chili, minced
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar (can be adjusted to your liking)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
