
Ingredients:
- 5 cups water
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 bouillon cubes (chicken)
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup diced cilantro (coriander)
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
Instructions:
- Boil all of the above for 30-40 minutes. On serving, add corn chips, Monterey Jack cheese and slices of avocado.
