Blueberry-Pineapple Salad


  • 15 ounces Blueberries
  • 1 can Crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice
  • 1 large Black cherry gelatin
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar


  1. Drain liquid from fruit and add water or fruit juice to make 3 cups. Make gelatin with the 3 cups heated liquid. Chill. When it starts to set, add fruit. Mix ingredients for topping and spread on set salad.
  2. Serves 8-10
